Earnings and payouts
How consultation payments, the platform fee, and payouts work.
How payment reaches you
Online payments run through a marketplace payment provider (Stripe Connect). The patient pays the full consultation price; the platform takes a configured fee; the rest is paid out to you or your organization.
Patient pays €50
→ platform fee (configured)
→ remainder paid out to the doctor / organization
The exact fee depends on your plan — a Free plan carries a higher transaction fee on online consultations; a paid plan carries a lower one.
What has to be in place
- Your provider account must be verified.
- Payout details must be connected through the payment provider.
Until both are done you can still take bookings for services that are paid at the clinic or don't require payment, but online payouts won't flow.
Refunds
Full and partial refunds are supported and flow back through the same provider. A failed or abandoned checkout never holds a slot — checkout reservations expire and the slot is released.
Where to see it
Your Earnings view shows your consultation payments and payouts. At a clinic, the Owner and Administrator see this at the organization level.
