Getting verified on VitaBoard

Every doctor and clinic on VitaBoard is verified before patients can find or book them. You can create your account and set up your profile straight away — verification is a separate step you finish when you're ready. Until it's approved your profile stays private: you won't appear in patient search, can't be booked, and can't receive payouts.

How it works

   Create your account

   Sign up as a solo practitioner or a clinic. Your profile, schedule, and services are yours to set up immediately.

2. 2

   Submit your details

   From your dashboard, open Verification, choose the country you practise in, fill in your registration details, and upload your supporting documents (PDF, JPG, or PNG).

3. 3

   We review it

   A VitaBoard reviewer checks your submission against the relevant medical register. This is a manual check — see turnaround times below.

4. 4

   You're live

   Once approved you appear in patient search and can accept bookings and payouts. If we need anything else we'll email you and note it on your Verification screen.

Greece

Verification for providers practising in Greece needs the following. Have digital copies ready before you start.

Doctors

• Your regional medical association (Ιατρικός Σύλλογος) and your registry number with it (Αριθμός Μητρώου) — on your membership card or any certificate the association has issued you.
• Your licence-to-practise number (Άδεια Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος), if you have it to hand. Optional, but it speeds up review.
• A photo or scan of your medical association card or your licence to practise.
• A government photo ID (identity card or passport).
• Your ΑΦΜ and specialty title (Τίτλος Ειδικότητας) — optional but useful.

Clinics

• Your business registration number (ΓΕΜΗ) and ΑΦΜ.
• Your facility operating licence (Άδεια Λειτουργίας).
• Your business registration certificate.

How long it takes

Most submissions are reviewed within a few business days. If something is missing or unclear we'll ask for it, and the review restarts when you resubmit.

Other countries

VitaBoard is launching in Greece first. If you practise elsewhere you can still create an account and explore the product; we'll be in touch as verification opens in your country.
